Work
What the work covers
Coordination rather than decoration: the plan, the selections, the schedule and the install, kept on one set of drawings from start to finish. Project photography is not published yet — the work below is the scope, and it is the honest version.
Scope
- Space planning
- Layouts, circulation, furniture plans and the elevations that go with them.
- FF&E
- Furniture, fixtures and equipment selected, scheduled and specified room by room.
- Materials
- Finishes and fabrics curated as one palette, sampled properly before anything is ordered.
- Procurement
- Sourcing support, lead times tracked, substitutions found when a first choice falls through.
- Install
- Delivery sequencing, site coordination, snag list and a final styling pass.
- Projects
- Residential, and small hospitality. Taken on a few at a time.
Shapes a project takes
01
Whole house
A build or renovation carried from floor plan to final delivery — every room selected, scheduled and installed on one plan.
02
Single room
One space that has never quite worked. Same process, smaller scope, usually the fastest thing to put right.
03
Selections only
Layouts, finishes and an FF&E schedule handed over for someone else to order and install.
04
Coordination only
A design already decided, and someone needed to run the schedules, the suppliers and the install.
